In this exciting and dynamic role, you will:• Manage job evaluations, market salary data, salary reviews, and salary analyses.• Oversee employment conditions and guide leaders and People & Culture in salary setting.• Continue working with the developed job architecture.• Contribute to the implementation of the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive.• Handle variable pay programs.• Utilize the HR system SuccessFactors effectively.Your ability to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers will be crucial for obtaining accurate market data and salary statistics across Scandinavia and beyond.
You will join a dedicated and collaborative Rewards team of three professionals, reporting directly to our VP of Rewards and People Services. Our team works closely with People Services, People & Culture, and Industrial Relations to ensure competitive and compliant reward practices.
• Relevant academic background, preferably a university degree in HR, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional qualifications.• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience within Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a comparable HR specialty.• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.• Comprehensive understanding of salary formation, collective labor agreements, vacation and leave legislation, pension frameworks, and other key People‑related areas within the Scandinavian region..• Fluency in one Scandinavian language and English.• Personal attributes: integrity, discretion, proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a structured approach.
